Discussions were organised around key thematic areas including equality and non-discrimination, protection from violence, rights relating to marriage and family, health and reproductive rights, and economic and social rights. Participants highlighted recurring concerns such as weak implementation of legal protections, lack of disaggregated data, barriers to justice, limited institutional coordination, and persistent stigma affecting vulnerable groups.

Participants examined the draft and shared comments on its content, structure, thematic framing, and recommendations in order to improve its accuracy, coherence, and completeness. The meeting served as a technical review and consolidation exercise, ensuring that the final report reflected the issues raised during the consultation process and the inputs of participating organisations before final submission.
